The deadline for  submission consideration is August 19th!


Due to space limitations, only selected abstracts will be presented as a poster or podium presentation.

Submission Guidelines:

  • 250 words or less (strictly enforced) - please note that a word count will be conducted post submission, even if the responses fit into the fields on the submission form.
  • Affiliations clearly listed
  • Submitted electronically
  • First authors will receive e-mail verification of receipt
  • Must be a NNECOS member in one of the following categories:
    • Fellow/Trainee 
    • Full Time Student
    • Active Associate
    • Active Physician
    • Affiliate
    • Emeritus
