Corporate Member Accommodations
Due to space limitations, corporate member accommodations within the NNECOS room block will be managed through a rooming list request process, via each company's primary contact. Corporate, gold, and platinum companies will each be allotted a maximum of two rooms in the discounted NNECOS room block per company; diamond companies will be allotted a maximum of four rooms in the discounted NNECOS room block per company (two rooms per exhibit table). Requests should be submitted to NNECOS via the primary contact, using the NNECOS-provided survey. Should additional rooms become available in late September, NNECOS will work with primary contacts to equitably distribute additional rooms. NNECOS has devoted 40% of our room block to our corporate members, saving the remaining 60% for attendees and presenters.
Please note all corporate members/exhibitors will be required to read and sign the
Industry Partner Code of Conduct prior to participating in the meeting.

Registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee or applied to a future event if a written cancellation request is received no less than 14 days prior to the meeting.

By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by NNECOS.
