We're looking forward to "seeing" you this weekend for our long-awaited Annual Meeting and Pre & Post Meeting Symposiums! The planning committee has put together a tremendous program, and we've had an unprecedented level of interest in this year's virtual meeting, with more than 360 total registrants! This email contains detailed information about accessing the virtual meeting platforms to facilitate smooth participation.

1/26/22 EmailZOOM EVENTS PLATFORM
The educational program will take place on the new secure Zoom Events Platform. Set aside a few minutes before Friday to access your "ticket" to the platform so that you're ready to go when the program begins. Please note, for security reasons, you will need to access the meeting from the Zoom desktop or mobile application, while signed into a Zoom account. Our Zoom Event Guide details the quick process (including how to sign-up for a free account if you don't have one), and walks you through the setup to reach the meeting Lobby.
NETWORKING & POSTERS ON GATHERLY
We will once again be using the interactive spatial video chat, Gatherly, for our face-to-face networking and interactive poster sessions. Accessible from a laptop or PC (sorry no mobile device access) using a Google Chrome browser, video chat with poster presenters during the two scheduled poster sessions and engage with colleagues and corporate member partners for that all-important personal connection.
Each "floor" has a digital brochure available with additional information about the activities on the floor. The Dogsled, Mitten, and Boots floors are for our corporate member exhibits, where you can win lots of fun prizes just for connecting. Click on the brochure (button in the top right corner) to link to additional company resources.
The Polar Bear and Parka Poster floors are where you'll interact live with poster presenters during the two scheduled poster sessions. The digital brochure on these floors provides access to each abstract, a digital version of the poster, as well as a few audio/video recordings.
We've got lots of fun giveaways planned for our time on the Gatherly platform, with drawings during each scheduled break. Prizes include an Apple Watch, an Apple iPad, Grand Prize October 2022 annual meeting weekend getaway, Friday Uber Eats Lunch Vouchers, Saturday Dunkin coffee break, and lots of gift cards. Be sure to stop by and engage with colleagues and be present when we spin the wheel to win!
We will be opening the Networking Lounge on Thursday morning, to allow participants extra time to practice navigating, and will be hosting "Office Hours" as detailed below.

We know that despite nearly two years of virtual everything, technology can still be a challenge, so we've set up Office Hours on Gatherly, Thursday (11:30 am - 1:30 pm and 3:30 - 5:30 pm) to provide an additional opportunity for support and practice for those who would like to stop by. We can also help answer any questions you may have about accessing the Zoom events platform. We hope to see you there!
