In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by i3 Health and NNECOS. i3 Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

i3 Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

A maximum of 11.5 ANCC contact hours may be earned by learners who successfully complete this nursing continuing professional development activity.

i3 Health has approved this knowledge-based activity for 11.5 ACPE CE hours. The Universal Activity Number for this activity is JA0008128-0000-25-032-L01-P. Pharmacy CE credits can be submitted to the NABP upon successful completion of the activity and the evaluation by providing your NABP ID and DOB, which must be submitted within 60 days of completion.

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, i3 Health is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. Regulatory boards are the final authority on courses accepted for continuing education credit. Social workers completing this course received 11.5 general continuing education credits.

INSTRUCTIONS TO RECEIVE CREDIT

To claim credit, you must complete the Annual Meeting Evaluation within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the event (by Saturday, November 8th at latest).
