Educationally, our approach will include a combination of pre-recorded and scheduled "live" content, as well as virtual networking opportunities! Preliminary details and schedule information are available on the Spring Meeting page of our website.
As we pivot from an in-person to a virtual event, a great deal of thought and attention is being put into creating opportunities to allow our corporate members to connect virtually with participants. We are working on customization with our virtual event provider, as well contracting with a cutting-edge spatial video chat platform to provide networking opportunities for all attendees and corporate partners, complete with our traditional passport to prizes game.
Due to potential logistical constraints in producing a virtual event, at this time we are focusing our energies on creating opportunities for meaningful information exchange and interaction between our attendees and our corporate members. If, after solidifying those details for our corporate members, we determine it will be feasible to accommodate non-corporate members who have registered as exhibitors, we will be in touch at that time to determine interest.
We appreciate your continued partnership during this unprecedented time and thank you for your understanding as we adapt to what seems like an ever-changing landscape. Additional information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
