Set in a beautiful location, our Spring Meeting is a chance to step away from the everyday, connect with colleagues across Northern New England, and leave feeling inspired and recharged. Expect timely education, meaningful community, and yes, a little fun along the way.

Our Spring Meeting, typically held on a Saturday in late April/early May, is a one-day event featuring educational sessions focused on considerations for the cancer care team, with ample networking opportunities in a beautiful setting.

Registration for the Spring Meeting typically includes:

Our Spring Meeting is typically held on a Saturday in late April/early May, and registration opens by early February.

By request, the Northern New England Clinical Oncology Society generally accepts a limited number of abstracts on innovative hematology/oncology topics to share knowledge during the Spring Meeting. Physicians, nurses, advanced practice nurses and PAs, ancillary health care providers (psychologists, physical therapists, etc.), administrators, pharmacists, and post-graduate trainees (fellows, residents, students) are invited* to submit abstracts. 

*Employees of pharmaceutical companies are not eligible. 

In recognition of diminishing continuing education funds and the travel and related expenses associated with attending educational meetings, NNECOS offers a limited number of Educational Travel Grants for active associate or fellow/trainee members in good standing who are attending the Spring Meeting. Travel grant funds are awarded based on travel distance & meeting participation.

Typically, NNECOS offers continuing education credit for nurses and social workers, with credit reimbursement provided for genetic counselors.
