*Room Reservation Procedure:
Make your room reservation request through NNECOS at the time of registration. A form of payment must be on file with NNECOS for a registration to be processed. We recommend requesting your room early to ensure availability.
*Corporate members/exhibitors, the primary contact for each company will be contacted regarding corporate member lodging requests/limits.
**Complimentary parking is available in the Mt. Pleasant lot with shuttle transportation to the main entrance. Guests will be charged $20 per night for self-parking and $40 per night for valet parking.
A limited number of Educational Travel Grants are available to support attendance at the 2026 NNECOS Annual Meeting. Grants are awarded based on distance traveled and meeting participation level. Active Associate and Fellow/Trainee members in good standing are eligible to apply, as are Affiliate members who are first authors of an accepted abstract. Mentored students (sponsored by an active NNECOS member) who are first authors of an accepted abstract are also eligible. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through October 22, 2026.

Submissions open: July 1, 2026
Submission deadline: August 19, 2026
NNECOS intends to pursue continuing education credit for the following professionals:

NNECOS is also offering up to $50 reimbursement for CAT 2 Genetic Counseling Credit submission
