Corporate Membership

Each year, NNECOS offers a limited number of Corporate Membership opportunities for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical companies. The Corporate Membership Prospectus, typically released in early fall, outlines available levels of membership and respective benefits including meeting attendance, exhibit space, recognition at society events, and more.

Corporate Membership Applications typically open in September, with priority application offered to waitlisted companies from the previous year. After waitlisted companies from year prior have had the opportunity to apply, remaining membership spots are filled via lottery. Not all lottery participants have the opportunity to select a membership spot – there are typically more lottery applicants than Corporate Membership spots available each year.

Corporate membership FAQs

YES! Current members must sign up for the lottery if they are interested in being a corporate member in the upcoming year.

NO – if we did this, other companies wouldn’t get a chance to participate. There are nearly 90 companies who have in the past participated or expressed interest in participating with NNECOS. 

YES! A code will be emailed to your company primary contact to participate in the first round application.

The lottery is typically drawn the day after the lottery submission deadline.  Exact dates will be provided as the lottery approaches

No – the lottery determines the order in which you are able to apply for remaining spots. Typically, corporate membership spots sell out before all lottery participants have an opportunity to select a membership.

Any companies that are in the lottery but don’t get a spot will be added to the official waitlist and eligible to apply in the first round (before the lottery is drawn) next year.
