2025 NNECOS Corporate Membership Opportunities

• The 2025 Corporate Membership Application opened Thursday, September 5th.
• Companies on the 2024 waitlist have been sent a registration code with additional instructions.
• 37 companies signed-up for the 2025 Corporate Membership Lottery, which was drawn on Tuesday, September 10th.
• The 2026 Corporate Membership Application is expected to open in September of 2025

• My company has a 2024 corporate membership - do I need to sign up for the lottery? YES!
• Are current members guaranteed a spot for next year? NO - if we did this, other companies wouldn't get a chance to participate. There are nearly 90 companies who have in the past participated or expressed interest in participating with NNECOS. 
• I applied for 2024 corporate membership last fall, but didn't get a spot for 2024 was on the offical waitlist. Can I apply for 2025 membership now? YES! A code was emailed to your company primary contact - please email info@nnecos.org if you need assistance.
• I'm not currently a member and I wasn't on the waitlist from 2024 - what do I need to do to apply? Sign up for the lottery no later than Monday, 9/9.
• When will the lottery be drawn? Tuesday, 9/10
• Is everyone in the lottery guaranteed a spot - no - the lottery determines the order in which you are able to apply for remaining spots. 
• What if I'm in the lottery but don't get a spot - you will be on the waitlist next year and be eligible to apply in the first round next year.

• 2024 Waitlist Companies were sent a code via email on Thursday, September 5th.
• Companies who applied for the 2025 Corporate Membership Lottery by September 9th were part of the lottery drawn on September 10th.
• Companies who missed the lottery sign-up may sign up for the 2025 Corporate Member Post-Lottery Wait List through November 3, 2024. After November 3rd the 2025 application process will be closed. 

System note - the website has AGGRESSIVE COOKIES, so if you tried signging up for a level but were supposed to sign-up for the waitlist, you may not be able to access the waitlist "ticket". Please try an incognito browser. 

2025 waitlist requests will also be accepted if a level is sold out and all lottery participants who are not able to apply will also be placed on the 2025 waitlist. 

We strongly recommend securing an available corporate membership level, as the availability of a level from the waitlist cannot be guaranteed. The form includes an opportunity to request an upgrade should one become available. 

Documentation of membership approval by your company, including the commitment to pay the membership dues, is required within 30 days of receipt of the necessary documentation. Non-verified requests will be released and made available to the next company on the waitlist.

(Example: Company ABC is approved for Gold Corporate membership on 9/15/24. NNECOS provides the requested documentation on 9/22/24. Company ABC is required to provide documentation of membership approval/commitment to pay membership dues no later than 10/22/24, with an explicit timeline for receipt of payment - no later than 1/31/25. Without this documentation, the spot will be made available to another company).

The board has also designated 25% of available membership opportunities for non-pharmaceutical companies (testing, equipment, software, radiation oncology, etc.). Any opportunities remaining 90 days before the annual meeting will be made available without restriction by company type. Corporate membership dues are non-refundable, paid on an annual basis, and can not be pro-rated.
