    Schedule Information
    • Exhibit space setup will be available between 5:00pm and 9:00pm on Thursday, or after 6:00am on Friday in the State of Maine Hall. 
    • Exhibits will be open beginning at 7:15am on Friday for attendees participating in the Palliative Care Symposium (PCS) or the new Navigation and Financial Advocacy Symposium
    • The first scheduled break for those participating in the pre-meeting symposiums is from 9:50 AM - 10:20 AM for the Palliative Care Symposium and 10:10 - 10:35 AM for the Navigation and Financial Advocacy Symposium.. 
    • Annual Meeting attendees not participating in the pre-meeting symposiums will be invited to come early for lunch/to visit with exhibitors beginning at 12:00 PM, but the first annual meeting session does not begin until 12:50 PM. 
    • Exhibits close at 7:00 PM on Friday, with cocktail reception refreshments in the State of Maine Hall and the bar in the foyer. 
    • Saturday exhibit times are from 7:15 AM - 8:30 AM and 10:15 AM - 10:45 AM. Attendees may also visit with exhibitors if they choose to take a session off.
    • As there are no scheduled breaks after 10:45 AM, Exhibits may be broken down after 11:00 AM, but we encourage you to stay and network through the remainder of the day.
    LOGISTICS:
    • A signed NNECOS Code of Conduct acknowledgement form is required from all exhibitor/corporate supporter attendees (you may sign electronically).
    • All exhibit tables are assigned
    • Exhibit space includes a single 6' table with cloth and skirt.
    • Electricity can be requested for an additional fee. Please contact Lori Aubrey at laubrey@nnecos.org with any electrical needs no later than Monday, October 7th.

    Packages will be received no earlier than 4 days prior to event.

    To ensure proper delivery the following information must be included on all items shipped to Resort.

    The resort will deliver properly labeled packages to booths at no charge.

    Any materials shipped upon the conclusion of the event are the responsibility of the exhibitor. These materials must be properly packaged and labeled appropriately and include all proper destination information including shipping labels and shipping account numbers.

    Exhibits and packages which are properly labeled as stated above can be left in booths for resort to pick-up for shipping at conclusion of event at no charge.

    Exhibit Payment Terms:

    As part of the new 2019 procedures, we will also be implementing a clear timeline for payment, to ensure spots aren't held for companies without payment for an inordinate amount of time.

    • All Exhibit Fees are Non-Refundable
    • Upon selection as an exhibiting company, the following guidelines will apply:
      • Payment or written documentation of funding approval must be received within 30 days of notification of a table being assigned. (July 8, 2019)
      • After 30 days, the table will be released to the next company on the waitlist.
