TENTATIVE SCHEDULE NOTES:
  • Exhibit space is scheduled to be available for set-up beginning at 6:30 AM on Friday.
  • Breakfast foods for the Palliative Care Symposium (PCS) attendees will be set out in the Atrium beginning at 7:30AM when registration check-in opens. In 2016, 126 attendees pre-registered for the PCS, so this morning program has grown considerably since its inception! Many exhibitors arrived later Friday morning and missed this opportunity.
  • The first scheduled break or those participating in the Palliative Care Symposium (PCS) will be at 9:45 AM in the Collins Reception area (Lower Level) as participants transition for the 10:15am session in Pinnacle.  
  • Annual Meeting attendees not participating in the PCS will be invited to come early for lunch/to visit with exhibitors beginning at 11:00 AM.
  • Lunch will be served in the Stowe & Beatrice Rooms (Upper Level) at 12:00 PM, with Dessert items in the Atrium.
  • The first annual meeting session begins at 12:50 PM.
  • The 2:10PM break will be in Collins Reception
  • The 4:20 PM break will be in both Atrium and Collins Reception
  • Exhibits close at 5:00 PM on Friday (the last schedule break ends at 4:50 PM).
  • Poster session/cocktail reception begins at 6:00 PM in Pinnacle A - exhibits are closed, but this is a wonderful networking opportunity to chat with attendees and especially poster presenters!
  • Saturday, exhibits are open between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Special interest group breakfast buffet (Fellows & NAHPAC Breakfasts) will be placed in the Atrium
  • Regular attendee breakfast buffet will be placed in Collins Reception
  • The 10:20AM break will be in both Atrium and Collins Reception as attendees move to their 10:50AM breakout.
  • Interaction will likely be limited following the 10:20 - 10:50 AM break, but there is a brief passing time between 11:40 and 11:45AM .
  • Lunch includes awards and Abstract Podium Presentations beginning at 12:45PM.
  • Exhibits should be broken down between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
LOGISTICS:
  • All exhibit tables are assigned
  • Exhibit space includes a single 6' table with cloth and skirt. 

PASSPORT TO PRIZES:

  • We will once again offer the Passport to Prizes game to encourage attendee interaction with our exhibitors.
  • Based on the popularity of the iPad prize at the Spring meeting, we will likely be offering some type of an iPad as a grand prize again, along with smaller prizes including gift cards and free registrations.
  • Attendees will receive a "stamp" from your company on the box containing your logo and earn tickets for chances to win prizes.

PACKAGE DELIVERY (Please note this information is tentative and will be updated - check back closer to the event for final details):

  • Packages for events may be delivered to the Stoweflake 3 business days prior to the event date.
  • Transportation and storage of boxes of heavy or excessive matter must be arranged in advance with your Conference Planner.
  • All arriving shipments should be clearly marked with the name of the event, date of the function, and the package recipient's name.
